Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sailiently website and application at sailiently.com (the "Service"), provided by Sailiently ("Sailiently", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Sailiently measures whether AI answer engines cite, mention or omit a brand, and helps improve the pages they read. The Service comprises three tools. GEO Suite audits web pages, analyses gaps against competitors, and produces suggested rewrites. AI Visibility Tracker puts your buyer questions to AI engines across repeated runs and measures where you appear, where a competitor appears instead, and which sources those engines cite. Citation Radar measures your brand's presence on the open web — citations, rankings, mentions and AI Overview references.

All three produce measurements and informational, advisory guidance only. Nothing in the Service guarantees that any page or brand will be cited, mentioned, indexed, ranked or featured by any AI engine or search provider, or that any traffic or business outcome will follow. AI engines change their behaviour without notice; a measurement is an observation at a point in time, not a prediction.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate registration information, to keep your credentials secure, and to be responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

3. Credits, purchases and refunds

The Service uses credits. Actions consume credits at the rates shown in the application. One credit costs one US dollar at list price, with volume discounts applied to the whole purchase, and credits do not expire. The minimum purchase is ten credits.

Purchases are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as merchant of record for the transaction. Dodo is the seller of record for your purchase, issues your receipt, and is responsible for collecting and remitting any applicable sales tax, VAT or GST. Dodo's own terms apply to the payment transaction. Sailiently provides the Service itself, and these Terms govern that.

Credits consumed for completed work are non-refundable, because the work has been performed and the underlying costs incurred. Unused credits may be refunded on request within twenty-one days of purchase. Write to support@sailiently.com and we will refund them at the average rate you paid across your refund-eligible purchases — the pre-tax total you paid for credits bought within the twenty-one-day window, divided by the credits those purchases contained — to your original payment method, within seven business days of approval. The amount we compute excludes any taxes collected at checkout; taxes are handled by our payment processor as merchant of record and remitted to the relevant authorities, and are not refundable by us.

Pricing, credit rates and free allowances may change. Changes apply to future purchases and are reflected in the application; credits already bought are unaffected.

4. Acceptable use

• Only submit URLs and content you own or are authorised to analyse.
• Do not use the Service for any unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful purpose.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Do not resell or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted.

5. Your content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of the URLs and content you submit and of the page content you provide. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service, including sending content to AI providers to generate your results. The Service, its software, and its design remain our property. Reports and rewrites we generate are provided for your own use in connection with your websites.

6. Stored analysis history

Completed audits, analyses, scans and tracker runs are saved to your account so you can review them and compare the same page or brand over time. We store the result, its score and factor breakdown, the supporting evidence, the URL or brand analysed, the date, and a record of the configuration in force at that time.

Where two results are not measured on a like-for-like basis — for example a tracker run covering a different set of AI engines — the Service shows both results without presenting a change figure, and marks the row to say why. A difference that reflects our measurement rather than your page is not reported as movement.

Stored history is a convenience, not a guaranteed service. We may retain, archive or remove stored results at our discretion, and we do not undertake to keep them for any particular period. Because the Service is pay-per-use rather than a subscription, you are strongly encouraged to export and keep your own copy of any result you may need later. You can export at any time from within the application, and you can ask us to delete stored results by writing to support@sailiently.com. Retention is described further in our Privacy Policy.

7. AI-generated output

Audits, scores, and rewrites are produced by automated analysis and AI models. They may be incomplete or incorrect, and per-engine estimates are directional, not values published by any engine. Rewrites and suggestions are drafts created from your existing content; you must review and verify them — and confirm any claim, statistic, certification, or source — before publishing. You are solely responsible for any content you choose to publish.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will achieve any particular outcome.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sailiently will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Any claim of deficiency in the Service must be demonstrated by you, identifying the specific run, report or output concerned and the respect in which it was deficient. Where a deficiency is demonstrated and accepted, our total liability is limited to the credits you spent on that specific service, refunded as credits or at the average rate you paid for them, at our option. For example, a proven claim concerning a single page rewrite is limited to the ten credits that rewrite consumed. This limit applies to each claim and in aggregate.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Sailiently harmless from claims and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for any breach of these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Changes

We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms take effect when posted here, and your continued use after changes means you accept them.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hyderabad, in the state of Telangana, India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
