Your brand on the report. Their brand in the AI answers.

Your clients’ buyers now ask AI the questions they used to Google. Sailiently measures where a client stands across six AI engines, maps their web presence, fixes the losing pages — and hands your client a report under your agency’s letterhead. White-label is earned transparently by purchases, not sales calls; pricing is per project with no subscription.

The white-label ladder

Earned by purchases, not sales calls

No demo gate, no “contact us for branding”. The ladder is public, self-serve, and visible inside the product in exactly these words.

Rung 1 · Free

Declare your agency

Tick “I’m an agency / consultant buying for clients” at signup. Unlocks agency volume terms. Status is per-account and permanent.

Rung 2 · First purchase

Co-branded reports

Your logo and agency name on every client-facing report, with “measured by Sailiently” attribution and a neutral palette.

“White-label unlocks with your first agency purchase (250+ credits).”
Rung 3 · Second purchase

Full white-label

Sailiently’s name leaves the report chrome entirely — header, footer, contact links. Your brand stands alone in front of your client.

“Removing Sailiently from the wrapper unlocks with your second agency purchase.”
What your client sees

Branded everywhere it matters

Set once on the Branding & Setup screen; it applies across every client-facing surface and stays until you change it. Clients need no logins — the share link is the credential, read-only, and revocable instantly.

The rule your client can trust

White-label changes the wrapper. Never the measurement.

Every number, verdict and disclosure is identical whichever brand the report carries — enforced by automated checks on every release, and in the report writers enforced by construction: the branding code cannot even see the measurements. When a client challenges a figure, you’re not defending a vendor’s marketing — you’re standing on measurements that state their own scope.

Methodology disclosures survive in both tiers, verbatim — e.g. “Absence of a link in the index is reported as such — the index may simply not have seen it yet.”

The whole suite is billable client work

AI answer engines — ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode — are becoming a real discovery channel for your clients. Sailiently lets you offer that as a service without hiring for it or paying a platform retainer: measure, map, fix, and report — then bill the engagement. Every tool below works per client, on your schedule.

Three ways agencies package it

The same suite supports one-off audits, ongoing retainers, and productized pitches. Pick what fits the client.

The one-off audit

Run a Site Check to open the conversation, then a six-engine visibility check and a few URL Audits. Hand over an evidence-backed report and a prioritized fix-list. A clean, scoped deliverable.

The monitoring retainer

Re-run the AI Visibility Tracker monthly or quarterly. Every run names the prompts newly won and lost and the rivals gaining ground — recurring reporting a client pays to keep seeing.

The productized fix

Bundle Gap Analysis (the persuasion artifact) with Page Rewrite (the deliverable) to make a client’s key pages quotable — a fixed-scope package you can price and repeat across clients.

Agency economics, plainly

No subscription — you spend credits only on the clients you take on, and nothing between projects. Volume pricing is public and for everyone: 250+ credits cost $0.70 each (100–249 cost $0.85; below that, $1). Agency accounts commit to that band: every agency purchase is 250 credits or more — $175 at the current rate — which is also exactly what earns the white-label ladder. Need a small top-up on the side? A separate non-agency account is the sanctioned path; the product says so itself. Credits never expire, and a failed or refused job never charges.

Proof you can stand behind

Every score is a real measurement backed by evidence pulled from the client’s live pages and the actual AI answers. Nothing is invented; where something can’t be measured, Sailiently says so. You hand a client the report and stand behind every number — no fabricated stats to walk back later.

Scope & limits (honest)

Sailiently measures and improves the on-page and technical signals that make pages readable and citable — the part you and your client control. It does not guarantee citations, rankings, or traffic, which also depend on off-page authority and each engine’s own evolving choices. What you can promise a client is measurement, evidence, and a prioritized plan — not a guaranteed outcome.

FAQ

Agency questions, answered.

Is Sailiently a good GEO tool for agencies and freelancers?+

Yes — it's built for client work. You run it per project with no subscription, every score is backed by evidence you can show a client, and the whole suite covers the work an agency sells: measuring where a client stands in AI answers, mapping their web presence, and fixing the pages that decide both. Freelancers and small agencies use it to add AI-visibility as a service without hiring for it or paying a platform retainer.

Can I use the AI Visibility Tracker for client retainers?+

Yes. The Tracker measures whether ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and Google's AI surfaces cite, mention or omit a client across their real buyer questions — multi-pass, per engine. Because you can re-run it on a schedule and every run names what was newly won or lost, it's a natural fit for a monthly or quarterly reporting retainer, not just a one-off audit.

Do I need a subscription to use Sailiently for clients?+

No. Sailiently is pay-per-use credits with no recurring bill. You spend credits only on work that completes, across any client — and every account starts with 15 free credits, no card. That fits agency cashflow: you buy credits per engagement and bill the client for the work.

How much does it cost per client?+

It depends on the scope you sell. A one-time six-engine visibility check is 35 credits; making a small client site AI-ready (audit + rewrite each page) runs about 12 credits a page; a Citation Radar All-in-One Scan is 20. Volume discounts kick in at 100 credits (−15%) and 250 (−30%), so agencies running several clients pay less per credit. You mark up the engagement; the credits are your cost of goods.

Can I rely on the reports with my clients?+

That's the point of the no-fabrication rule. Every score is a real measurement backed by evidence pulled from the client's live pages and the actual AI answers — nothing is invented, and where something can't be measured, Sailiently says so rather than guessing. You can hand the report to a client and stand behind every number in it.

Does Sailiently guarantee my client will get cited by AI?+

No, and you should be wary of any tool that claims to. Sailiently measures and improves the on-page and technical signals that make a client's pages readable and citable — the part you control. Whether an engine then cites them also depends on off-page authority and each engine's own evolving choices, which no tool controls. What you can promise a client is measurement, evidence, and a prioritized plan.

Can I try white-label before buying?+

You can store your agency name and logo on the Branding & Setup screen at any time — they stay dormant and switch on the moment your first 250-credit purchase completes. The ladder is the trial: nothing to demo, nothing to negotiate.

Does white-label change what the report says?+

Never. Branding changes the wrapper — logo, name, palette, chrome — and cannot touch a measurement. Every figure, verdict and disclosure is identical in both tiers, and the honesty sentences inside the measurements survive verbatim. That’s enforced by automated checks on every release.

What exactly does full white-label remove?+

Sailiently’s name, header mark, footer naming and contact links leave the report chrome; in the tracker’s downloadable files even the filename switches to a neutral prefix. Your brand is the only brand your client sees. Co-branded keeps a “measured by Sailiently” line — some agencies prefer that as third-party credibility.

Do my clients need logins to see their reports?+

No. You share a read-only link — the long random address is the credential. Regenerating the link instantly revokes the old one. There is no client portal to administer, by design.

I sometimes need a small top-up. Doesn’t the 250 floor get in the way?+

Agency status is per-account and permanent, which keeps the pricing honest. For occasional small purchases the sanctioned path is a separate non-agency account — the product tells you this itself at checkout. Most agencies simply buy at the band: it’s the same purchase that earns the white-label ladder.
